Frequently-Asked Questions (FAQs)
1.) What is your lead time?
- It depends upon the complexity of the project. Once EmployBee receives your document services request (request for digital document editing or a request for a custom, digital form) and your approval to proceed with the service (the deposit), lead time can take anywhere from within 24 hours for a basic edit to up to 72 hours for custom documents or documents that require multiple edits, revisions and additions.
2.) How do I submit a document services request?
- Go to the Services and Pricing page and complete the Document Services Request Form.
3.) Will I get charged as soon as I submit my document services request?
- No. EmployBee will not charge you for submitting a request. EmployBee will review your request first to determine if EmployBee is able to complete your requested document service and if so, a quote for the service will be emailed to you (via PayPal) from EmployBee with the email address you have provided to EmployBee through the document services request form. At this point, it is a free quote, so there is no obligation to pay unless you want to proceed with the service.
If EmployBee cannot complete your digital form request, then you will be notified by email by EmployBee stating your document services request cannot be completed by EmployBee and you will not receive a quote nor will be charged.
4.) When will I get charged?
- When EmployBee sends you the email with the quote, there will be an Acceptance button for you to click within the email to accept the quote. Once you have accepted the quote, EmployBee will send you another email (via PayPal) with a checkout payment link to proceed with the purchase and pay a non-refundable deposit. By clicking the checkout payment link and paying the non-refundable deposit for the document services, you are agreeing to the full purchase price which is the quote (which is also the final price). You will pay the remainder of the purchase price upon completion of the services (unless you choose to pay the total purchase price upfront at the time of the deposit payment).
5.) How much is the deposit?
- The deposit is half the cost of the total quote price.
6.) Why do I need to make a deposit and why is it non-refundable?
- Sometimes life happens and we need to make changes - that includes changing our mind about purchasing a service or product. That also includes changing your mind about using our services. So if we did not charge a deposit and you agree to the service and we have already started or finished the service and you change your mind later, that means we did the work for nothing (for free). The deposit is to compensate us for our labor and time when this happens.
The only time a deposit is refundable is if you paid us the deposit and we, for whatever reason, cannot fulfill or complete the service, then that is the only time the deposit will be fully refunded to you.
7.) I received my edited (or custom) document back from EmployBee, but realized that I don't need it. Can I get a refund for my document if I send it back to EmployBee?
- No. Payments for services are not refundable since this is a digital document.
8.) What payment methods do you accept?
- EmployBee accepts all major credit cards. PayPal and Apple Pay are also accepted payments.
9.) Can you help proofread my cover letter and resume or help me write my cover letter and resume?
- EmployBee.com does not provide cover letter or resume services. That includes no editing or writing cover letters, nor resumes.
10.) Do you have a direct phone number that I can call?
- We do not have a business phone number available to the public at this time, but we are very responsive by email. You may contact us at support@employbee.com for all questions and inquiries. Please allow up to 24 hours for a response.
