Terms and Conditions

All document services requests that can be fulfilled by EmployBee.com are sent a quote by email from EmployBee (via PayPal) to you with no obligation to pay.

 

Note = the price expires after 10 days from the time the quote is emailed to you or the invoice date, whichever is the latter.  If 10 days have passed and EmployBee receives no response from you on the quote or invoice, then you must submit a new document services request for a new quote if you still want document services. 

 

If you agree with the quote and want to proceed with the document services, then there will be an Acceptance button in the quote email to click to accept the quote.  Once you have accepted the quote for services, another email will be sent to you by EmployBee (via PayPal) with a payment link to proceed with the purchase and pay a non-refundable deposit.*  By clicking the checkout payment link and paying the non-refundable deposit for the document services, you are agreeing to the total (full) purchase price which is the quote (which is also the final price).

Before work on your document begins, the deposit for all services must be paid upfront .  This deposit is half of the total purchase price and is non-refundable (please see the below for the exception).*  Once EmployBee completes the document service, EmployBee will send you another email with the balance due and you will pay the remainder of the total cost due for the document services.**  Once the service is paid in full, then the completed work (the edited digital document(s) or custom form (s)) will be emailed to you (to the email you provided to EmployBee in your document services request).***

*The only exception for a refundable deposit is when the document services request cannot be completed or fulfilled by EmployBee.com.  If a service cannot be completed or fulfilled by EmployBee.com, you will be notified by email and the deposit will be fully refunded to you.

**You may choose to pay the total purchase price upfront at the time of the deposit payment.

***Before submitting a document services request to EmployBee.com, you must ensure you are submitting a valid email to EmployBee.  If the email that you submitted to us is not valid, then you will not receive a response or your digital forms/documents.

Payments for document services are non-refundable.

​​

EmployBee.com does not mail or ship documents/forms.  All documents and forms are digital and are delivered to you only electronically.

EmployBee.com does not edit signed documents.

​

Resale is strictly prohibited on custom forms.

​​​

EmployBee.com does not provide book, cover letter or resume writing and editing services.​

​​

Legal and Financial documents are edited by EmployBee.com on a case-by-case basis at EmployBee's discretion.

If your Legal and/or Financial document cannot be completed or fulfilled by our services, we will notify you and you will not be charged.

EmployBee.com does not create, design or edit logos, images or graphics.

​​

If you need a logo, image or graphic placed on your form(s) or document(s), you must only submit logos, images or graphics that you own.

​​

EmployBee.com does not create, design or edit digital or paper journals or calendars.

​​

If EmployBee.com determines the requested document service to be offensive, illegal or against EmployBee's beliefs, the document services request(s) will not be completed or fulfilled and you will not be charged.

By purchasing EmployBee.com services, you are automatically agreeing to be added to EmployBee's email soliciting and marketing list.  If you do not want solicitation from EmployBee, you may opt out of the solicitation and marketing by using the opt out link in the EmployBee marketing email or by contacting EmployBee.com directly at support@employbee.com
